Nathalye Balistrire CEO of ZEROGROUND
Nathalye is a Venezuelan American licensed professional counselor with majors in Psychology and Business Administration. She is bicultural and bilingual (English/Spanish) and specializes in providing children and families with mental health therapy, helping them to overcome the barriers of disability, language, and culture. Nathalye’s mission is to provide resources and guidance to young people and families to attain “An equal world.” Nathalye is a strong believer in the power and value of education because it was her own academic experience that helped her understand and seek equality by becoming a strong, independent woman. As a result, her true passion lies in working with communities where the children and families are at risk for issues like slavery/trafficking, addiction, mental illness, and the perpetuation of stigmas and victimization. An essential aspect of her campaign is supporting communities in taking the labels of race, color, gender, and age back to zero ground, enhancing their potential to the fullest. She has also designed a self-tutoring program to help people of all ages learn how to read and write in times of crisis to enhance their education. Her dream is to be able to provide this self-tutoring program to communities in need.
Nathalye was recognized as an outstanding student for the Colorado Health Foundation Professional Scholarship. This achievement was awarded for presenting a critical voice in how the level of education and the surrounding culture play an influential role in mental illness. Central Colorado health initiatives dig into the issue of inequity and its connection to poverty, unemployment, immigration, geography, and behavioral health. Nathalye feels that she has achieved a place in her life where; “When you are no longer identified with any labels you enhance your understanding of others, adopt new values, and learn to respect people for who they really are, it’s like opening the doors to reach more people.”

Jennifer Tierney
Parker Neurofeedback Jennifer Tierney
After being introduced to NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback and having participated in regular sessions, Jennifer became an avid supporter of the system and process. So much so that she decided to become advanced certified and start a neurofeedback practice, leaving behind a life as an executive in the corporate world. Jennifer moved beyond the stressful environment she felt had become her "normal" realizing, through the use of NeurOptimal® sessions, that this was possible, and stress did not have to be the "normal".
Since then, Jen has become a representative for NeurOptimal® and recently opened a second neurofeedback business, COR Neuro, LLC, focused on providing neurofeedback to companies who support the use of sessions for their employees. Additionally, Jennifer is a strong advocate for the mental health community and her business has partnered with Zero Ground, a bilingual mental health center for children and families, to offer neurofeedback sessions to marginalized community members for free. In addition to Zero Ground, Jennifer has upheld a partnership with the Second Wind Fund, a nonprofit that aims to decrease the incidence of suicide in children and youth by removing the financial and social barriers to treatment. And lastly, Jen offers discounted sessions to veterans and local first responders as well.
Gaby Zesati
is a proud Mexicana passionate about fashion. In 2018 she opened her own boutique: THAT'S VOGUE. Not satisfied with that, she felt that something was missing. She not only wanted to dress people, but to impact them from the inside out. It was there that she decided to study consulting and psychology of personal image and thus EMPOWER INSIDE-OUT was born. She works not only on the exterior but also on the interior emotions. That passion for fashion and nature led her to create the Zesati upcycling brand, a brand that takes second-hand luxury to another level.
